The Willits City Council meets concurrently as the City of Willits Planning Commission and City of Willits Successor Agency.
The Application was approved on a motion by Councilmember Strong, seconded by Councilmember Rodriguez.

Discussion and Possible Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve Construction Change Orders up to a Cumulative Total of 25% of the Total Contract Amount for the North Maple Street Improvement and Storm Drain Replacement Project (Project No. 2019-03) and to Authorize a Contract Amendment with Bouthillier’s Construction, Inc. to allow the Change Order Required to Perform the Work
The Resolution was approved on a motion by Vice Mayor Stranske and seconded by Councilmember Strong.
Willits Community Television Inc. is a non-profit Public, Educational, and Governmental access video provider in Willits (The Gateway to The Redwoods), in Mendocino County, Northern California. Willits Community Television (WCTV) is based in the Old Carnegie Library in Willits California
We help local residents express their free speech by allowing access to our local Comcast cable lineup with three channels dedicated to displaying video provided by individuals and organizations in our area.
Channels available on Comcast in Willits, on Channel 3, 64 & 65. But we also have over 500 videos online between our own Youtube/Vimeo channels, or those of our producers.
