UPDATE 16th February: A further update after this video’s release: today the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam agreed to the proposal to fully open for tourism on the 15th of March.
He directed the Ministry of Tourism to finalize and announce the plan for reopening as well as visa policies.
This points to it being very likely that this 15th March proposal will go ahead.
Let’s wait and see what the official signed and stamp policy says when it comes out but it’s looking positive!
