10 air squats + :20 bottom of squat hold + 10 air squats
5 x 5 hand release push ups
3 x 8 KB pull through from high plank
WORK
5 Rounds, 1:30 rest between rounds:
– 8 double DB/KB front squats
– 12 goblet squats
– 24 air squats
*Whole complex must be unbroken
12′ EMOM:
a) 8 seated double DB/KB strict press
b) 12-15 double DB/KB bent over rows
5 x 3 Turkish get ups each side
