After Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam agreed to fully reopen the borders to international tourists, now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have changed some travel restrictions for foreign travel to Vietnam under an ongoing vaccine passport trial program. In addition, Vietnam’s vaccine passport has been accepted by 14 countries and The Ho Chi Minh City tourism department announced a list of 13 hotels and six tourist attractions eligible to serve foreign tourists.
