In this class, we work the body generally from head to toe with a focus on breath centric movement. In fact, simple focus on deepening inhale and exhale from 4 to 8 by one count each repetition of movement allows the mind to tune in and settle. As the first class of the new year, the focus is on connecting to our inner refuge as a source of support and being reminded of our fundamental nature of awareness.
