SIM-ON is an innovative home and facility management system. Leveraging Matterport’s 3D interactive panoramas of the actual home SIM-ON provides an intuitive and familiar interface for the owner and any family member. As a first, builders can turn over a complete home management system with all equipment warranty, manuals, and maintenance information tagged to the true location in the photo-realistic 3D depiction of the home. Any information can be added such as notes, photos, pdf documents, and even YouTube videos that can be kept up-to-date throughout the full life of the property.

In addition to SIM-ON’s intuitive operation such as tapping the lighting on the image or the remote window blinds on a tablet terminal, you can refer to the product description such as the manufacturer, model number, and instruction manual of the selected equipment. SIM-ON currently supports control of any IoT device in KNX standard, the Samsung SmartThings, and FIBARO ecosystems. The SIM-ON application provides an unmatched ability to bring the management of all home equipment information and systems into a single user interface.
