You will need a beach or bath towel and light hand weights for this workout. We start with a gentle stretch and then use the towel to work our abs from extension. Glutes are done early in this class then work the abdominals and quads in sitting. You can find the playlist on Spotify under, “Pilates with DLG 12.22”. See you on the mat!
