Mr. Cooper is a home mortgage loaning company. This client was going through an internal operations overhaul, completely rebuilding its Agent intelligence software. This software acts as the primary hub for employees to communicate to clients, understand case details, & create a timeline of events to keep track of customer service operations.
The Pep Rally case acted as a call to action video to detail a new Agent Intelligence dashboard. Outlining the importance of its implementation as well as detailing various panels of the dashboard and their operations. The client requested a very short, high-energy motion graphics piece with a “short, sassy & sweet” stylized visual direction to run parallel with current company branding guidelines and client expectations.
