Kinder Surprise – Short film

Lifelong friends, Nico and Ginge, run the friendly local chocolate shop and use it to hide their more illicit trade, but when their silent partner, Kira, suggests a new way to increase their customer base, Ginge isn’t sure he’s got the stomach for it.

Our entry for the inaugural World Film Challenge, ‘Kinder Surprise’ was one of 8 films selected to screen at the Cannes Short Film Corner 2020. Unfortunately, the event was subsequently cancelled due to COVID-19, but we hope to make it there one day. This is the director’s cut with a few minor changes to the original. Enjoy!
