A delicious and quick potato recipe for dinner!INGREDIENTS 5 Potatoes
Oil
Salt
Onion
400g of Minced meat
Pepper
100g of Cheese
30g (2 tbsp) of Butter
METHOD

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and remove the middle part with a spoon. Transfer to a baking sheet, grease with oil, season with salt, and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
Boil the middle part of the potato in water, drain them and transfer it to the bowl. Add the butter, salt and smash it while hot.
In a pan add oil to the pan and fry the minced meat. Season it with salt and pepper. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl and mix with the cheese.
Fill the potatoes with the minced meat mixture. Add the mashed potatoes into the whipped cream bag and spread on each potato.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
