The idea of internal strength training is that it’s very, very different than most meditation, yoga or breath work practices. It’s much simpler. It’s much more natural. Anybody can do it. And if you just stick with it, it’s not a belief system, it’s a practice. The more you practice, the more you notice the improvement in every aspect of your overall health and wellbeing.
The other thing is that the essence of these ancient breathing practices is that they release massive amounts of endorphins when they’re correctly trained, which increases your feelings of wellbeing, and which continues wait past the practice session. And then the more you practice on a consistent, regular, gentle basis without forcing anything.
