This is a general Viniyoga class guiding you through foundational poses (the VBC’s of Viniyoga) that would make an excellent 3 pose home practice sequence. The focus is on breath centric movement while using counts to build our inhale and exhale in poses. The class also introduces the Sahana chant to support the practice. The class finishes with deepening our breath from inhale/exhale = 6″,6″ to 8″,8″.
